My name is Rocio. In case you are wondering, it’s a pretty common Spanish name and it means ‘dew’ (it’s pronounced ‘roh-SEE-oh’).

I’ve been living in New Zealand with my angel of a husband since February 2014.

I love this country and I love to bake.

My goal is to cook all the recipes in The Great New Zealand Baking Book.
